It is a very nice stay, you stay in little lodges in the middle of nature, there is plenty to do on the large property, it is absolutely marvelous. Jorge the owner is very nice and took time out of his day to explain everything about the plants and animals on the property. It is a very immersive experience, we were in heaven

This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

So nice to have hiking trails to waterfalls right out our door! And fresh food just steps away despite being very remote. Staff was very friendly.

Our stay at Villa Campo’s was amazing, we wished we had more time there! The property is incredible, you feel a part of nature with the surrounding mountains, the beautiful landscape, and the natural sounds of the world. It is very tranquil. Only a short ride into town. We saw lots of birds and even a sloth on the property. The room was created very intentionally with everything you could need - a big bed, bug net, fans, warm blankets, towels, hot water, kettle, coffee pot + coffee, mini fridge. A table inside and outside with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Our favorite part was probably Campo and Jeronima though! What a lovely family who treated us like old friends, made us coffee and breakfast and talked with us all morning. They also welcomed our dog Lilah. We would love to come back next time we visit Costa Rica! Only 30 minutes from incredible waterfalls as well.

We had never stayed at a hotel that had the same level of personalization, hospitality, and comfort before. Everything was tailored to your wishes and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The grounds are stunning and the property is one of a kind. Highly recommend!!

One of the most beautiful and tranquil properties I've stayed at. I loved walking around the property and taking pictures of the nature, animals and views. The pool is gorgeous and the views surrounding the buildings are so calming. We got to see great stars at night too. The family who owns the farm is very friendly and own a restaurant in the town. You take such a cute path to get to the restaurant and the food is delicious. Breakfast was also delicious.

This place is gorgeous. Spread out on a hill over looking the valley. With the sound of birds, cows and Latin American music. The family are all so helpful. There are so many places you will want to sit to look over the pool or watch all the toucans come in and out of the forrest. Our room was super comfy and had everything we needed plus an amazing view.

Jorge and his family were very welcoming and treated us very well during our stay. They also recommended us a great driver. Their farm is beautiful and very private. The closest restaurant which is also managed by the family is a 5 minute walk from the eco lodge.

It was absolutely amazing! A must if you are in this area. Jorge is so helpful. All the family were amazing and helpful with everything. The accommodation was beautiful, and the views were even better. The restaurant in town does the best food, so tasty. The spicy sauce is home made and yummy. The pool is filled with spring water, so there is no cemicals.

This place is breathtakingly beautiful. You’re in the middle of a farm, lush green everywhere, birds flying around (including toucans and hummingbirds). The caning are big and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh cooked by the family running it. The common area huge, comfy and with amazing view over the hill. That’s an easy 10/10.

A small family run business in a farm. Like a family stay in your own cabin. Father runs the family restaurant 5 minutes walk in the town. Feels rustic rural, but close to a town. They do veggie food too. Great for wild life, they have a dog and farm animals about the site. Very helpful people and 'can do' attitude.

Great welcome by Jorge and his family, they run the place with passion and make you feel at home. Jorge is passionate about his garden and gladly gives you a tour. Beautiful location in the middle of the well-maintained garden with hummingbirds, toucans and other animals. And what a view!Refreshing swimming pool. Good food at the restaurant. Try Marcos' costilla de cerro ahumada!

Jorge and his family were fantastic hosts giving us lots of information and providing recommendations for where to go/activities to do. They made us coffee and breakfast every morning and Jorge took the time to chat and get to know us. The cabin was very large comprising of a bed, small table, small fridge and small tv. The bathroom wasn’t sectioned off i.e. just around the corner with a shower and sink area.
