Close to all activities. Very quiet despite being the hub of tour activity. Staff was very organized, knowledgeable and accommodating. Mangrove tour was great!

Very nice place in the wilderness where you can spot many animals. The mangrove tour is a must, we saw all types of monkeys and many crocodiles, our kids were amazed. Angelica is a very nice person and we felt at home.

My wife and I loved our stay. The mangrove tour was a must. This a very unique and beautiful place. Food was well priced and delicious. Their meals are the only option for food, but they were great. There some great hikes in the area. Keep in mind, most hikes here are muddy and steep. Wear good boots. Hike to the secluded beach and swim there! We were treated very well and felt like part of the family.

    Special place. The house is very basic, large and comfortable. The location is perfect for tours departing from Sierpe. Drake is also not too far, about 1.30 hr by good dirt road, and Jimenez at 1.15. Simone and family are very nice.

    We liked the remoteness of it. It felt like a real Costa Rican expereince. Close to wetlands with lots of nature including birds and interesting natual swimming pool. Mangroove boat tour done by the family was great for us as we liked all of the birds. Rooms were rustic with no air con and howling monkeys as your alarm clock. Great Fish Lunch. The family were sweet.

    The place was amazing, we loved being immersed in nature. The host was absolutely fantastic (provided lots of additional information ahead of time and was very friendly and helpful on site) plus her food was super delicious. We booked a tour with Simone and had the best time (saw lots of animals, great explanations, lovely picnic and tons of fun)!
