We loved Absolutely everything! Fully equipped apartment , beautifully decorated, spacious super comfortable. The Owner is lovely and thought of every single detail to make our stay super comfortable! Nespresso pods and tea, salt pepper, adapters, washing machine and dishwasher pods,iron, water in the fridge, you name it! Balcony was also stunning. Great stay!

What an amazing property. Once I unpacked everything in my own home was there. They have thought of everything you would ever need. Any questions I had was always a phone call away that was always answered and resolved. Security was excellent never worried with all my belongings in this apt when I was out. Elena was amazing. I will call this apartment my home away from home when I am in Paphos. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I enjoyed staying at Ev Zin very much . Firstly, the apartment definitely exceeded my expectations , with two balconies and a very spacious interior . The apartment was very clean and comfy , and it had a very homey vibe . The air-conditioning also worked very well , which is very important for a very hot island like Cyprus . The apartment is also in a good location , very easily accessible by bus from Paphos airport , and easily walkable to the center of Kato Paphos . It's also close to the mall for those interested , and one can easily go by bus to the upper part of Paphos by bus from nearby . Overall , I would highly recommend Ev Zin and would want to stay here again if I ever visit Paphos again .

The room was completely renovated and spacious. The location is between the port and the old town, great location. The staff was fantastic.

If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. The BEST of 7 hotels I did the last 30 days. Genius view from the breakfast room, also nice view from the small balcony. Marvelous breakfast. Caring staff and owner. Details were thought through. Very central.

Breakfast was really tasty and the staff were really helpful. The room was a lovely size and the bed was very comfortable.
