The location was amazing, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice and offered many options. We had the pool mostly to ourselves since everyone was at the beach! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were in Larnaca with friends and stayed at Sveltos Residence. Very beautiful and very clean apartments. You can feel the good taste of the designer and high quality in the details. The big advantage is that there is a 24-hour reception and at any time had any questions, they were always happy to help. Super place. Definitely would recommend it!

The host is exceptional. She offered us to check in earlier and check out later with no additional price. She also left toys for the kid. The location is quite convenient (the busy stop 425 from/to airport stops right in front of the building, and it’s a walking distance to Finikoudes and Kastella, though it might be hot to walk in summers). The apartment has basic renovation, but is spacious, has all necessary amenities. It’s great value for money especially for families.

My wife and I liked everything in the apartment. We got an apartment on the 5th floor with sea view with a perfect balcony to see the sunrise or sunset. The apartment location is amazing, close to everything in the center of the main street. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. You have everything you need until the smallest details, including all you need for cooking your food (even though there are so many great restaurants under the building and in the area) or washing your clothes. The owners are so nice, very responsive, and doing everything they can to assist and make you stay very comfortable. We'll definitely come back.
