This is an exceptional place to stay if you're looking for some winter skiing or planned your hiking trains during summer season. It's spacious with a large common place and kitchen area. Rooms up stairs have double beds + additional, single person ones. There's a toilet/shower combo near these rooms and additional toilet down stairs which makes everything so much more comfortable if you're traveling in a pack. Last but not least - the view. The place is actually attached to the city woods and you can directly see mountains on top of you and point your finger to the nearest mountain peek with chair-lift (it operates during summer season from May 1st which is awsome). Also, the owner is super nice, willing to help and provide you with best recommendations for sightseeing. A well deserved 10/10.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Staré Hamry, Bezručova škola is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

It is a wonderful location on the ridge with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The surrounding area is very relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a great variety of food available for breakfast. We felt welcome and were taken good care of. Thank you.

During my recent business trip, we had the opportunity to spend a night at this delightful chalet. The owner met us on the property and we can say he had done a remarkable job renovating this property into its current form. Our chalet was spacious, clean and cozy. We had a good night sleep and we were even able to enjoy some of the facilities, such as sauna. Also, the owner recommended us restaurants with great food in the nearby village.
