Good location near center of old town. We used free public parking about 15 min by walk from accomodation that was already out of city center and marked as public free parking. All was great. In studio was everything with qr code eith manual how to use things like coffee machine etc really user friendly. Also nice is coffee wending machine at ground floor and smoking area outside. There is elevator big enough for child trolley. Great value for the price.

The Hotel provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The Spa area is not as big as a thermal spa, but big enough to relax and have a great time. You get as many towels as you need, tea, fruits, pools are warm. You can walk straight into the main stream and everything is close to the Hotel.

Was an excellent experience. The hotel is fantastic and definitely will return. The food was amazing. Staff was very helpful and professional. Facilities were great. Location was ideal: next to the woods, and it was easy to access the main sights.

We found the place easily and followed the instructions - well explained! The keys were easy to get. We got a different apartment than booked, so we had to climb an extra set of stairs. With luggages, not fun. We also booked the overnight parking in the provided space and that worked very well. The room is rather small with four people, but for two people it is perfect for one night. Kitchen had what we needed.

No chance find any negatives..been adviced upgrate our room for.one in chateau.for extra €€€ but was worth it..biggest room we ever had...great wellness and amazing location..receptionist was really helpfull .breakfast very decent.maybe little more we were expexting from dinner as pasta was dry and deer stew not the best in my life either..but in general amazing stay 100%

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
