Excellent service, spotlessly clean, and nicely appointed facilities. Lovely breakfast with GF options. We stayed as last-minute guests with our large dog who was warmly welcomed. Set against the forest it was very convenient for us to walk the dog and visit old castles along the track. Also if you drive electric there are chargers available within walking distance.

The location is amazing! You're there on your own, the dogs can run free, the country air, the sky full of stars at night, it's great. They have a Weber BBQ, the cleanliness is 10/10... if you want a peaceful quiet get-away, this is the place! I'm going to book again soon. We stayed for one night and had 2 rooms. The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfortable. There is a shared bathroom but it’s very clean and we didn’t mind sharing as it was just us. As for the breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to eat but the restaurant looked clean and had ample seating. Also the hotel is next to the train tracks, which didn’t bother us.
