What a great place right across from the Suedhafen. The room and bathroom were great and the breakfast was excellent. They even provided a selection of gluten-free bread and rolls for me for the breakfast buffet. The staff was also fantastic and I will happily return!

This hotel is located on the car-free island of Heligoland. It features a terrace with views of the North Sea, and the sandy beach is just 328 feet away.

The location was great and the view of the water was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!
