the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. As many of the previous reviews have pointed out, the hotel is very new and as a result, the rooms were immaculate. the beds and bedding were super clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was nicely appointed and would have been nice had we needed it. The staff was courteous responsive. One of the light switches in the bathroom was broken and the staff had it fixed within an hour.

It's a nice hotel with all the facilities (hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, iron at the reception) - it is located in the city center. The breakfast is enough and tasty. The furniture is really new and the bed comfortable.

The staff was fabulous and very supportive.

The apartments Waldesruh (half-timber house) are 3-stars-standard. Apartments Waldesruh is an annex building to the Hotel Birke (164 ft). The rooms are not barrier-free.
