Really cozy place, has this charming old gibe too it. The rooms are pretty simple, but it's really clean, comfortable and it has a balcony. You can easily get by with English. The breakfast is tasty, has a nice variety, considering that we didn't love the german food, this place is an exception :)

This is a lovely area. Right in the middle of the Harz region park. There are many great views to enjoy around this place. The room was not very spacious but yet quite accommodating. The staff was nice. Our room had a massive balcony with a nice view, - that was quite lovely. It was a quiet area, so rather good for a good night sleep.

Frank is a realy good host. Our original booking was canceled last moment. There for looking for other place to stay. Then we found this location, it was late but Frank any way prepare a room for us to stay. Also he is a really friendly and have tips what you can do in the area like hiking and restaurants. Its in a nice quite place and the rooms have everything what you need for a comfortable staying.

Location is great, a couple of minutes from the Autobahn and at the same time, very quiet. Keys are available to be picked up independently, I basically did not see the staff / owners. Same for the breakfast which had a good variety of food.
