The quiet and pleasant ambient The care of staff I want to make a special mention about my ambassador Emmanuela and girls from the waitress staff : Ingrid, Maricarmen, Lidia, Miguelina. They will go out of their way to please you in a very professional fashion. Since my almost yearly visit to Cayo Levantado since 2010, never felt this pleased on my stay. Hopefully it will continue this way.

Everything! Ana and her family have done a fantastic job furnishing and maintaining their beautiful apartment overlooking the town and harbor of Samana. Three large bedrooms, beautifully/comfortably furnished, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable living room furniture. Incredible view from the balconies, nicely furnished kitchen. Little details like a water cistern. Nice laundry room in unit. Great, gated parking. Easy drive down the hill to town. Reliable wi-fi. Lovely outdoor common area. Nice staff. And incredibly gracious and attentive hosts!

this was a beautiful place! the pools were nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and professional, the room was beautiful! we had a birthday while we were there, so they decorated our door and sent a gift to us. the beach was gorgeous and the view from the room was incredible. they had tons of fun activities to do! I feel like they really over-delivered. the buffet meals were fair (I have some allergies so I couldn’t try everything, but I did have some options each day and they were pretty good), and the restaurant a La cart meals were fantastic. like really really yummy! we loved our time!

It’s a beautiful property, clean, quiet, wonderful service.

The location is about 20 minutes from the marina. The property overlooks a sunny beach with tall palm trees, turquoise blue water, clear skies. The beach is not accessible from the outdoor patio but it is accessible from the front of the building by parking. The drive into town on the Las Gallaras winding road has a few major potholes so driving carefully is a must but this is a residential area. Upon arrival, check in was seamless. We waited for less than 5 minutes as another party was being checked in. The receptionist speaks English which makes it good for Spanish speaking learners. We were given wrist bands for property access (which is inconvenient) and a map to find the location. The owner Yris welcomed us when we were checking in and she also told us how find the condo. Although we had a map and direction, we ended up going to the wrong building- maybe it was the Roman numerals on the buildings that contributed to this but after we walked to the adjacent building, we had to walk up a steep incline to get back to our car while we were carrying luggage and groceries. We saw a groundsman, asked for direction and he walked us to the door and helped with our luggage. The condo is down two short flight of stairs. Upon the bottom of the stairs, I saw cat waste at the other end of the hall in front of another condo door. It was cleaned up after I asked. The kitchen is spacious, has an electric stove and is adjacent to the dining area and living room. The patio is a nice size overlooking the beach and has nice patio furniture. There is a washer. There is air conditioning in the dining area, a fan in the living area, and air conditioning in the bed room which cools the place fast. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, pots and pans. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and toilet paper. The water gets hot. There is little storage space in the bedroom but there is a dresser. There’s a closet next to the bathroom. Overall, it’s a comfortable condo.

Spectacular apartment, indeed with amazing views, all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, new furniture and appliances, nice and spacious resort with secured parking lot, private beach, beautiful arrangement of trees and vegetation. Superb infinite swimming pools from which you can see whales if you are lucky. Excellent communication with the host. Helpful and friendly host. The same goes for the staff of the resort.
