- Great location near Ulemiste mall and train stop and the airport. - The off-site staff is exceptional — there was a fire alarm for most of two days during my previous stay but the hosts made sure to reimburse me for one night. - The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and well-designed. They offered me another suite on the first floor since there were no elevators, which I really appreciated. -Service: The apartments provide 24/7 online help, ensuring any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. -Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. -Staff: The team, especially the girls at the reception, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s clear they’re doing their job perfectly. The best team! No significant dislikes during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, clean property, and attentive staff.
