The whole hotel is a great experience that’s worth living. From the reception team and the smooth experience that we’ve had since we showed up till the end of our 1 week long trip! The animation team is also great and they keep the fun activities going all day and night! pool is available as well as spa services too! This hotel is just amazing 💕Mohamed the housekeeper delight our life every day 🌹a big thank you also to the Restaurant and Kitchen Team, the food was better than many other place and the staff( Moustafa, Khaled, Youssef, Mohamed, and everybody else ) made me feel like home 🥰 My Son and me loved the Kids club, which we stayed a lot. Thank you Ibrahim. Also the swimming pool from the hotel is a lovely place. The beach was very clean and also safe for children. A big thank you also for Sayed from the beauty salon. I never had that professional job before. All Port Ghalib made me feel very comfortable ❤️

Very good option in Port Ghalib. Tasty food, friendly and educated staff, not bad local alcohol. Overall service is better than in similar level hotel in Sharm-El-Sheih. WiFi works in some places of the hotel, not very fast, but allows to send photos and messages normally

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The stuff and service were exceptional! I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We found everything we needed and more ! Food was unbeatable with a large variety from authentic egyptian cuisine to healthy options
