Perfectly located, vet friendly staff, simple, but very comfortable and clean room, great bed, Fabolous bathroom, beautiful breakfast with custom made eggs and coffee. I was surprised it had not four stars.

The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful

Wow! We loved our stay at Bidaia Boutique! Firstly, Telmo met us at the front desk and he is like a breath of fresh air- so pleasant, kind and extremely helpful (gave us a map with helpful review of San Sebastian, an amazing list of pintxos places and a glass of Txacolina for our honeymoon :) the room was large and BEAUTIFUL with an incredible view, everything was clean and quiet. Location is perfect, with parking and walking distance from city and hikes. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend! Gracias por todo

The room was large, beautiful and inviting, the bathroom was very spacious and had a deep soaking tube. We ate at the restaurant our first night in town and had a wonderful meal. In addition service was delightful and they interacted with our child and didn't mind him exploring. The fitness center was superb and tranquil. I really couldn't have been more pleased with our stay, we didn't want to leave.
