I had the bad luck to arrive with my daughter sick and her vomit all over her clothes and her car seat. I asked if i could use a laundry and i got help immediately which was a big relief. I will always be great-full to there response. There restaurant is very good with a big variety of fresh meat and fish. Top quality and service. The breakfast was excellent with all the traditional goods of the area. I had some tostadas de jamon and i loved them. The view from the restaurant of the village and the forest was so calming and the staff incredible. Everything was great!!!

Everything was perfect for us. The breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The grounds were pleasant and beautifully decorated interior. The location was a great hub for us, most destinations within 1 hour. Thank you to Yolanda who helped to facilitate retrieving my luggage. We would love to come back some day.

Amazing location ! great hosts - Laura and her team are very very warm people who will go out of thier way to make your stay comfortable. The food is simple and absolutely amazing. The property is very well furnished with very comfortable beds. We did not any spanish at all, conversations were all on google translate and the whole team was very patient with all our requests.
