Extremely clean. Central location but still very quiet. Staff really helpful and easy to contact. Bed of very high quality. Also, sofa bed was spacious and comfortable (used by kids).

Everything is excellent. The staff, atmosphere, guests etc. The hostel is very enabling for socializing. The noise is not really an issue — guys, just take a couple of earplugs, it’s a simple solution!

Everything was great. It was my mistake to have a dinner at Pinar Plaza only the last day of my stay - the beef was incredible. Everything was perfect. The apartment is excellent, spacious and well equipped. The location is also very good. We were traveling with a baby and they even left a colorful baby eating chair in the apartment, which of course the baby’s loved! Having a washing machine in the building was also super convenient!

The staff was super helpful and positive. I also really liked the apartment. Because it was at the center of the city and you can go anywhere just by walking. And the room was also very clean and there was even dishwasher and washing machine. If you want to stay long, it is very suitable :)

Location: The hotel has an excellent location — just a 3-minute walk to both the metro and bus stations. It only takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Puerta del Sol, the main square with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree statue. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kindly offered us coffee, milk, and some simple breakfast items, which was a lovely touch.
