Excellent hotel. All the hotel team was very cooperative, weeling to help in everything and always with a smile. Our room was very large and comfortable. Everything, everywhere in the hotel, is very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The restorant staff was very kind. We tried the dinner a few times, and every time it was delicious, high quality meal. There was always a lot of free parking in the street neer the hotel. The WiFi in our room and everywhere in the hotel was excellent. We will recomand the hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

This property is very well located. Staff are so nice and helpful. So clean we go every year and never are disappointed the beach it’s just at ur feet great for family’s with kids so they don’t have to pack the hole sink before beach they can just walk on to it. If you are worried about loud noises only think u will hear at night is the sound of the waves so relaxing

The property was centrally located, close to bars, restaurants, beaches and transport. It never felt crowded. There was plenty of room by the pool. The pool was an ok temperature for March. The two-bedroom apartment we had was spacious. The staff were all friendly. There was a pool bar available serving basic snacks and drinks from 9 am - 5 pm.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a quiet location. Minutes from the main avenida, bus stop about 6 minutes walk and large Spar about 8 minutes walk away. Large balcony with table and chairs and room for lounger. Host collected us from airport and took us back as part of the service. Recently renovated and very well maintained property. Absolutely everything you could need and more besides. Lovely bottle of wine and biscuits when we arrived. Cool apartment with good airflow so didn't need the aircon. Very nice shower pressure - lots of towels too. A very pleasant stay! Pdel Carmen a fun resort, especially if you like curry and Irish pubs! Beautiful beaches - lots of different areas with cheap sunbeds and parasols (10.5 per day for beds and shade). Take a bus to the old Harbour, lots of restaurants overlooking the sea.
