From the moment we arrived it was obvious we were going to have a great time. Beautiful clean hotel with very helpful staff. Perfect welcome for my friends 40th. All 8 travelers received a free drink on arrival.

The place is very well located, not far from the beach and the bars as well as not too loud. Kids had fun as there was plenty for them to do. Staff was friendly.

Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms the friendly staff. The only bad this is the concierge there is one specific lady that promises and does not do. That fixed should be more than perfect the hotel.

The people working at this hotel were so nice especially Charo who helped my wife with her iced tea every morning, Charo really made our stay perfect, She is the best, Also we had amazing views of the sea at breakfast with delicious food. Lots of variety and eggs made to order. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, beach. buses. and bars. Great swimming pool with a bar. We paid for dinner twice at the hotel which only cost 22 Euros and the food was top notch, Had the best Talapia that I still crave, Lots of great desserts too, I will definitely stay here again when I visit Mallorca.

It was super nice and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful! Location is good and the bus is right outside the property so its very easy to get to Palma and other cities

Decent internet, spacious rooms, central location which was super-quiet in January (I was travelling for work) but I imagine it is more vibrant in season. Beach is very close, and everything in the town is within walking distance, including a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes. The gentleman handling the reception was very nice and helpful.

After seeing all the comments, I was a little bit sceptic, but I found a very nice hotel, clean, close to a magnificent beach, with diverse and tasty food for all the tastes. For my 2 children was perfect. The entrance in to the water is very light and during our stay the water itself it was like a mirror (hot and cristal clear).

Hotel Playas del Rey is just 656 feet from Santa Ponça Beach, in southern Majorca. Each air-conditioned room has a private bathroom and balcony, most with sea views.

All of the above - the view was on the fifth floor, overlooking the bay - air conditioning was exceptional, room sizes are smaller, but still very manageable, and the price was less than 1000 dollars for almost seven night stay. Breakfast is exceptional and the staff very knowledgeable on things to do, taxis, directions, as well as working with you on laundry and special requests for your room.
