The front desk manager was the friendliest I have seen in the hotels I have recently visited. They also have the kindest staff in the restaraunt (they even cover you with blankets when you sit in the breezy terrace). I want to thank each and every one of them: Yebsera, Leta, Awaze and Lile. One more thing, the family room is the loveliest cottage and was a supreme experience. I will definitely come again.

Very kind and friendly staff. Lovely mattrass. Good hot shower 24/7. Beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely. Also the location is great. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, it is in a safe neighbourhood and close to the airport.
