Citibox is a new, clean and cool place to stay in the city. Check-in was super easy, even at 1am after our late flight. The room was a nice size with a very comfy bed and nice bathroom. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything. The hotel instantly became our home away from home in Helsinki. It’s located within spitting distance of Malmi Station, so easy to get downtown AND to the airport. Staff are all pleasant and bent over backwards to accommodate our every need, including renting us very reasonable storage space for our bikes on a weekly basis. The studios are thoughtfully equipped with everything one needs for basic cooking, even a dishwasher (and the tabs are provided!) and the larger unit also has a washing machine. For larger loads - and every kind of appliance, including irons and steamers and even heated drying racks — there is a full laundry room at guests’ disposal. The sauna is, of course, fantastic and the gym is fully equipped. Plus, we love the youthful vibe. A real treasure!

this is an incredibly well thought out hotel in sense of concept and design. i have never stayed at a hotel where there is a proper common kitchen and where you can do your laundry yourself for free and not have it sent out at a high price tag. THere is also a bar, and restaurant so you can choose. I like the mini bar in the room and coffee in the room, a lot of hotels do not include this as many want you to buy it from the hotel, i like the music in the hallways and stairwells. there is also a sauna and gym. every staff member and housekeeping are friendly - i do not find this many friendly staff at most places i stay. The neighborhood is full of music studios , recording studios, creative spaces, mtv cool bars... lidl is 2 mins away, the tram is in front to take you anywhere you need to go . i also repect that there is a person at the desk 24 hours a day and you can check in anytime and not this self check in or no one working at night nonsense. the beds are extremely comfortable and proper mattresses. it is a hotel that makes sense and is perfect for any creative , artist, designer, musician or folks here to go out to the cool neighborhood bars and music scene

Great in every way. Our room was on the 4th floor. High ceilings, spacious room, spotlessly clean. The TV has a chromecast which was very nice. The building has a lot of character as is expected. It's 10min walking distance to the market square but there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. There are supermarkets closeby. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet despite being close to the busier areas. All in all an amazing stay, I will advise friends to stay at this hotel to make their trip better.

Very high standards hotel. Brand new; was inaugurated a couple months ago. I loved every aspect of it. Bulgari toiletries that added poshness to the stay. Very clean rooms. Beautiful decor all around the premises with beautiful white sculptures. Slept deeply as it was very calm. The staff at concierge, reception, restaurants, and bellboys were all so helpful & cordial. Keep up the excellent work. The sauna chamber in my room made me experience the Finnish habits. Special thanks to Mr. Sami (Concierge) who suggested a couple of places to visit & his suggestions were excellent. Thank you to Tesa, Maria Abdel Latif & all the other employees at the front desk (sorry I don’t remember all the names). Thank you to all the young bellboys who helped me with my heavy bags. Thank you to Lynh, Murat, Gitta, Anh & Salima at the restaurant for being very attentive & cheerful.
