Location and hospitality of the owner. She was kind enough to fill the fridge for me since I was arriving on a Sunday morning after a long international flight. Great location near Bellecour metro. Apartment is decorated so you feel like you are in France. Equipped with everything you need including a cappuccino maker! Thank you for your warm welcome to France.

The hotel was great, but what really stood out was the STAFF. Everyone was so polite, always smiling, and full of positive energy. A special mention goes to Alex, Momo and Max, they were incredibly nice and helpful, even going out of their way to assist me with things they didn’t have to.
