The access to the local beaches was ideal. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was good but could have been a little more varied. Unfortunately as described the roof top bar and seating was not available. Ninja cleaners done a fantastic job every day were always polite. Almost afraid to recommend for fear that too many positive reviews will increase its popularity and it won't be available the next time we want to return. For our family with four children there was plenty of room. The place is almost new. Leather sofas are comfortable for hanging out, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary. The owner was very welcoming and made us at home. His help when one of our party was sick was especially kind and appreciated.
