The staff where friendly ,we arrived early and this was not a problem ,we were still made to feel very welcome

The Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport offers a prime location within 1 mile of the Birmingham NEC, Resort World Arena, Birmingham International Airport and Train Station.

We booked a different Holiday Inn Express by accident. The manager went above and beyond to help us with our dilemma. He suggested a creative way to resolve it, such that we did not have to pay extra fees. He was exceptional!!

The elegant 4-star Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is set in landscaped grounds and is 0.4 mile to the Resorts World Arena and the NEC.

The reception staff was especially helpful, and the night porter Usman very much so. I liked the casual food serving beside the bar in the evening and the breakfast bacon was very tasty. If I go back to Birmingham I will stay here again

Bright, modern property located very close to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International train station and the NEC. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable, very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

    Anavem caminant fins al MEC, el tracte del personal molt amable. L’esmorzar correcte. Tenen restaurant i bar a l’hotel per tan, tot i que arribessim tard, podiem sopar.
