Our room was mind-blowing. Please do yourself a favor and book the Guinness Room at the bow of the ship. The staff were great. We really enjoyed getting to know Alfonso, Rachel, Tony, and Will.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. Every detail, from the quality of the bedding to the layout of the room, has been carefully considered to create an inviting and restful environment. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Absolutely stellar staff and incredibly beautiful, cozy room super close to a bus stop

They went out of their way to make my sister's birthday extra special.

We enjoyed everything about the property, the rooms were amazing, the garden where you have breakfast was beautiful! You are right by the bus stop to get you into the city.

I accidentally paid twice & didn’t notice. When I was checking out they pointed that out themselves and made sure I got the refund. Love it! The staff is great, the room is nice and warm, location is 15-20 minutes walk to the main attractions.
