The owners were very hospitable and helpful. We stayed for two nights and if we know the place and surrounding like this stunning landscape we would book for longer period of time.

The apartment is in a good central location in Great Malvern with secure car parking right outside. The apartment was comfortably furnished and nice and warm. There was sufficient equipment and kitchen facilities to cook a meal for a family of five, and there are also plenty of options to eat out on the doorstep. The new Weavers bar, and bar Limon on Church street are well worth a visit. The neighbouring priory park and Splash swimming pool are great for younger kids.

How accommodating the staff are. I have two small children and needed some help unloading the car. Jacob was amazing in helping me carry the bags to the room. Thankyou. The room was so spacious. The young children had plenty of space to play with their toys. The whole place was very very clean and very well decorated.

Stayed at this hotel with my adult children and their partners and my husband for a night as we wanted to get together and chill out away from our homes. The hotel was brilliantly located and very welcoming. The staff were amazing - funny, entertaining, and helpful. We felt very welcome. The bar was beautifully decorated and cosy and the bar manager very knowledgeable about his whiskies, gins and beers. The breakfast was fabulous, and everything was spotlessly clean. Would love to stay here again.
