It's 'small but wonderful' in the words of my kid. A small house located on a quiet street around 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was super-friendly and gave fruit to my child when we arrived in the evening, the room was clean and warm, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a lot of London hotels don't:)). The continental breakfast is good: you don't get 5 types of ham or cheese, but you get all the essentials + some nice extras in unlimited quantities. Horley is a nice little town to walk about, too. To get to/from Gatwick, you can either take the train for 1 stop (2 min), take the hotel shuttle (13 GBP per room) or walk - a bit more adventurous, as you need to walk on an actual path in the woods.
