The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. The evening meals were all made with love. The breakfast was self-service, fresh and lots of it. Not far from Cheshire oaks shopping outlet.

This is basic and affordable hotel, and but is an extremely pleasant place to stay. It is just off the motorway, is in a quiet neighbourhood, but has great connections with the Wirral and with Chester, being only a 15 minute walk to Hooten Station. The carpark is spacious and right next to the property, and breakfast was affordable yet adequate. The room and bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious, and perfectly comfortable albeit basic.

Really impressed with this hotel. Perfect size .. not overly large, so attention is personal. Breakfast was very tasty. Spa is fantastic … lovely pool, steam room, sauna & whirlpool, and great massages available. Staff were all super-helpful and cheerful. Setting is lovely put in the countryside but close enough to Chester for sightseeing and restaurants. Bathroom was huge. Just a lovely cozy and well-run hotel in a quiet green area. Already booked again!

Staff were fantastic and facilities the best, we really appreciate the Chef, Paul, very helpful and nothing too much trouble, the Hotel Manager very accommodating and made our stay special making us welcome and comfortable, the room was beautiful with everything we needed, facilities at the hotel were equally amasing, well done to everyone, looking forward to our next stay very soon, thank you 😁

Felt like home, we have all we need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the place is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Host was super responsive I didn’t have to wait long for his replies. Living room and kitchen are both spacious and very good place to chill with family! Love it. Highly recommended.
