It was top notch service, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The decor is beautifully done, and size of the room are big for British and European standards. Should make it a point to go have high tea and stop by Shiok, the bakery. Both were amazing.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

I had such a lovely experience at The Ampersand Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Kensington, close to everything but still peaceful. Everything about my stay felt thoughtfully curated and elegant.
