Honestly, everything. Our room was perfect, the bar was nice to go sit in and have a drink when we wanted. The food was good (both breakfast and dinner). And the location was amazing.

Very helpful staff. Emma and Tom were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Bathrobes supplied, plenty of tea and coffee in room. Superb view of seafront right outside.

Lovely breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Very clean restaurant.

I believe we had THE best room in Douglas. Giant room centrally located on the promenade with Tower of Refuge as our view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots to do within walking distance. I honestly wish I was back there now and not in claustrophobic Dublin.
