We found this to be a very charming and interesting hotel close enough to the Lake Lomond area but also off the beaten path. We stayed in the superior double room with a sea view and it was very comfortable and spacious. We had one dinner and all breakfasts there and all were delicious. There are lots of charming places scattered around the building which are very interesting and worth exploring. The owner is also the decorator and shell artist in the gift store; she is very talented.

Anson and Jen are the best hosts we've ever had. They're welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. We wouldn't be able to thank them enough for all they did for us. The house is lovely, located on a hill with beautiful gardens. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Everything was super clean and carefully arranged. The vegan breakfast was delicious. Would totally recommend.
