This is a BEAUTIFUL place. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and kind and helpful. The views from every direction was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I can't wait to come back again!

The family were all wonderful and helpful. We visited in the winter which is likely not peak season for the area, it’s when my son had time off from school and we wanted to visit the area. It was pretty cold out and pretty much stayed to our room to keep warm. There is a nice balcony and it looks as though you could go on a nice walk if interested. As we were leaving we asked if she could fill our water bottles and she returned with the water plus a bag of apples. Which made a nice snack on our visit to Vardzia Caves.

Everything was great! The first night, we got to watch the soccer game with the whole village. The Hotel is very nice, the people are wholesome and the food was great. Thank you for the hospitality, we had a great time! If you are visiting Vardzia, you have to stay here!

The main advantage - very hospitable owner Koba, who invited us to his living room and sitted with us during the dinner and breakfast. Clean and cozy rooms. Awesome food - tasty, natural and various. Absolutely supportive and helpful host. Gorgeous views. Unforgettable experience, I would love to come back to this place.

We arrived at the location very late, but the owners still made us an amazing dinner. And breakfast was so good and big it kept us going thru the whole day. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities.

In short, I should say that this is a must stay place if you are visiting Vardzia. If not you should visit Vardzia to stay at this place. A very cozy wooden house located in the midst of beautiful mountains next to the Tsunda Lake. The host is so friendly and goes out of the way to help his guests. We wanted to do fish BBQ and he came with us to buy some good fish and the BBQ we had that day was one of the best! Very clean, cozy and safe place. If I visit this area again, for sure, I will not stay anywhere else!
