Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.

We were very satisfied with our stay - The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available – fresh linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and Wi-Fi. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The balcony offered a beautiful view. The host was attentive and well-organized, quickly responding to all our questions and providing helpful information. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We would definitely come back again!
