A gem of a guest house with beautiful owners—a mother and daughter. I cycled in to see the adjacent Archaeological Museum to learn about the Colchis and the Argonauts. I was not disappointed—a personal tour by the owner’s daughter, Salome. Super!! And the site was discovered when Salome’s grandmother was building the guest house! Super super lovely people. Super clean, super comfortable. I happily ate dinner, breakfast and got a take away lunch. All delicious and prepared with love and care and, as it is Georgia, enough to feed an army. Delicious! Madloba! I will definitely stay again—lovely, lovely people and a lovely guest house.

My family and I spent the most amazing week at the beautiful Hotel Saminavo and fell in love with the lovely home, property and location. This idyllic cabin is located in a gorgeous, peaceful, remote, mountainous region. The house was spottless, beds were clean and fresh, there was an abundance of clean linen, blankets, and everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipt and we enjoyed many outdoor meals in the stunning barbecue area. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and hospitable. They were quick to reply to any requests or questions throughout our stay. My children enjoyed picking an abundance of wild fruits, vegetables and nuts and exploring the beautiful mountain streams and wildlife. I would highly recommend Hotel Saminavo for anyone looking for peace and tranquility! We made many wonderful family memories and look forward to visiting this cozy cabin again.
