Dimitris met us with a warm smile and welcomed us like a long lost member of the family. He showed us around and made sure we were completely settled and established. He provided us with a fully stocked fridge and kitchen and even booked us a table at his recommended local seafood restaurant, which was fantastic. He even went and got additional keys cut for us due to the needs of our group. A wonderful home away from home. The home was perfect and beautifully spacious. Thank you Dimitris! Owners were really nice and welcoming. The location is great - on the sea, super quiet and calming. There is a nice balcony with an amazing view, perfect for listening to the ocean waves. The place is very new and everything clean and well kept.

We came for a short vacation on a cold winter weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday! The woman who runs the place was so charming and welcoming, took care of everything for us, turned on the air conditioner for us before we arrived and it was perfect to get out of the cold into a nice clean warm room!

Dimitra and her mother, owners of the location, welcomed us upon arrival, very friendly and amiable . They were ideal hosts and quickly got familiar, like we knew each other long time ago. We really felt like home all our 1 week stay. House absolutely clean, snow-white linen changed every 2 days, we exchanged small presents almost every day. Beautiful warm sea just across the street, large beach, teh small city offered mini-shops, green groceries and bakery with fresh bread, very close. One-in-one, it is one of the best accommodation we experienced in Greece, for the last 15 years.We congratulate the owners and regret we had 1 week stay only. Definitely, will be back.

Amazing room in a very quiet place. The room was elegantly decorated, everything was brand new and every day we spent there felt unique. Our hosts answered all our questions and requests and we were pleasantly surprised to find that a small breakfast was every day available for us. I will definitely return!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Ilia, Evilion studios is a condo hotel surrounded by views of the quiet street.
