The resort, the villas and the rooms are amazing. We enjoyed every meal wether buffet or the great restaurant beside the pool. their food is exceptional. sunday’s beach party with a Dj is amazing! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Elounda, a quiet and charming village. The hotel is set on a hill and has amazing views, which we enjoyed every day. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and a touch of luxury. Our villa had a private pool, and our 10-month-old baby, had the best time splashing around and enjoying the sunshine What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but we have to give a special thanks to Despina, who went out of her way to make our little one feel loved and cared for. Dinner was always delicious and well prepared — we just wished there were a few more options to choose from.

It was great! The location, the facilities and the easy access to the beach were just perfect. The room, spacious enough and the shared swimming pool was just a bliss. The spa was amazing and the classes offered by the lovelies teachers, Grit and Vasilis. All the restaurants and the quality of food were excellent and as well the highly trained staff and most importantly the kindness and genuine service. The staff at the beach so attentive and kind and ahead of everything, but never intrusive. Oleksanfer, Gianni, and all the staff were amazing. The concierge and reception, Poppy, Litza and Zoe made our stay more enjoyable. The surprise at the airport once we left, to have a meet and assist service and to facilitate the check in process with priority was just the cherry on top, in order to make the experience once again great. Everyone shared love and support at all times. Grateful for the experience and can’t wait to go back!

The atmosphere in Agali Apartments is very cozy, and the hosts are incredibly hospitable. You can feel just like at home. Everything you need is there. We were also really delighted by the fruit, pastries, and water left for refreshment. There are even several beaches nearby, just a few minutes from the apartment. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the owners went out of their way to recommend us nice places to explore (usually visited by locals rather than tourists). . We were also impressed by the closest beach where you can go snorkeling — we saw many different kinds of fish. Thank you for the wonderful time and a warm welcome! 🤗
