My family loved it here! They were in the pool until it closed for the night, it was so nice after a long day at the beach or on the boat. The breakfast was well worth it, we cheated on them 2 mornings and it was nothing like what we got at the hotel. It was never over crowded which made it feel so amazing and they were constantly cleaning which made you feel like they really cared. The front ladies were really able to help my family get more adventurous and we traveled the island on their recommendations it did not disappoint, my kids even said this was the best vacation they ever had. Parking was right in front of the hotel, if I knew that before coming I would have booked a rental earlier but thats OK since the receptionist assisted us in getting us a rental for a few days. The drinks by the pool watching the kids swim was such a highlight and the mojitos were on point!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I slept great The hotel is on a main road, but after 22:00, it is very quiet. The host was very helpful. She makes also dinner, and wonderful breakfast. It has a nice garden with grapes and pears trees. The air conditioner was good and quite.

The atmosphere in Agali Apartments is very cozy, and the hosts are incredibly hospitable. You can feel just like at home. Everything you need is there. We were also really delighted by the fruit, pastries, and water left for refreshment. There are even several beaches nearby, just a few minutes from the apartment. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the owners went out of their way to recommend us nice places to explore (usually visited by locals rather than tourists). . We were also impressed by the closest beach where you can go snorkeling — we saw many different kinds of fish. Thank you for the wonderful time and a warm welcome! 🤗

One of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect right on the water with exceptional amenities. I originally booked a deluxe oceanfront room with an infinity pool but upon arrival the amazing staff upgraded us to a private villa with a private pool (1000/10) the staff were beyond exceptional and helpful in every way possible. The food in the restaurants was delicious! It’s about an hour from the Heraklion airport and about a 10min drive into town where it’s lovely to walk around the shops and restaurants along the water and easy to book excursions. We stayed for 6 days so we did explore the island as much as we could out to Samariá Gorge, Chania, Elafonisi Beach (pink sand) and the museums in Heraklion. The location, the food and the hospitality made this holiday in Crete a dream!
