The most beautiful room I've stayed in (Room's name is Amphitrite). The building's architecture is elegant, the interior design and lighting is flawless, the furniture are super comfortable, the sea view from the bed and the private outdoor jacuzzi complete the experience. Christina and Eva were very warm and eager to help! The welcome wine -even though not cretan- was very nice! The coffee was also very nice, and there was a variety of packed products for in-room breakfast. The bathroom products were very good quality. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the port and airport and walking distance from a some small nearby beaches and café-restaurants. Most tourists visiting Crete know that it is definitely worth it to rent a car and explore this beautiful island. But if you just want to relax in the hotel for a few days, then skip the car and opt for the room with Jacuzzi.

Everyone at the hotel is really friendly and helpful! Our room was great, the pool is really nice and has great views, and we also enjoyed the breakfast which was quite varied.

All was great!! The staff at the Volta were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend!! When we left, they also gave us a box of gifts.

Amazing hotel. Best staff I've encountered for a while.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is located in an extremely quiet area, close to a school and except for the hours when parents pick up their children, there is hardly anyone passing on the street in front of the property. Especially at night. In relation to privacy, I have to say that at the time we stayed there, it was just us in our wing almost all the time. The biggest advantage of the place though is its spotless cleanliness. During our almost two-week stay, Christy, who probably also owns the property, changed our sheets and towels and cleaned the bathroom every other day. So when we were coming back from a beach or a walk, we were pleasantly surprised by the treatment. Last but not least, I must mention that on the evening of our check-in, she was waiting for us outside the building to give us the keys and three bottles of water, wine and beer were left in the fridge as a compliment. Otherwise the apartment has everything we needed - working washing machine and laundry detergent, fridge, iron, air conditioning in every room, dining table, stove, kitchenette, balcony and parking. A plus is the relatively close and nice restaurant with local cuisine, and in a 15 min walk (or a few minutes drive) is the village where there are more restaurants, a hypermarket, a pharmacy and a beach. To fully enjoy the island itself, however, you must rent a car. Personally, as someone who researches ancient cultures, the location of the place was very convenient for me because it is located between the archaeological sites of Knossos, Malia and Phaestos, as well as the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion. Once again a big thank you to Christy for everything.

Hospitality at the Nana Princess was exceptional. Even before we arrived the Reservation Team and Concierge desk reached out to us to arrange airport transfers and assist with dinner reservations and tours. Check in was smooth and quick. Everyone from guest services, to housekeeping and even buggy drivers were warm, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests. We stayed there 7 days and there wasn’t a single request that wasn’t accommodated. The rooms were very comfortable. The view is spectacular.

We had a great time to this proprety. Cristina was always helpful and asked us always if something was needed to make our stay comfortable. The proprety is close to the beach few minutes by walk . Our room was at the ground floor and was equiped with all needed if you want to cook yourself. A great thing also that you have some spaces free to park your car if needed.
