We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

It's a very nice hotel, if you have a car then there is plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast and very good service. I truly recommend it.

Super clean spacious rooms, very well organized hotel management. The owner very polite and extremely helpful and friendly. The pool clean and big enough. The location is strategic, near to Chania downtown and Old Port and near to beaches and 30min easy drive to Kissamos. Definitely will be our first choice in future Chania stays. Hotel is away from the center still walking distance.. in a wonderful location.. you go to sleep and you wake up with waves and clean air from the sea. Design of the hotel is beautiful, rooms spacious and cozy. Restaurant is excellent. Hotel's biggest asset are people who work there.. service is exceptional. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant both bfast and dinner, bar.. all amazing.
