Immaculately clean and much larger than I anticipated. Bed was comfortable and had every amenity we required. Only 3 minute drive off main highway with free parking on site. Was fantastic from start to finish. We had dinner in the town of Ogulan about 12 mins away and it was very good and very reasonable (about 40% less than other Croatian tourist towns (eg Ravinj, Split) we visited. The town of Osterije was also rural but charming.

We stayed in this guesthouse just for one night on our way back home from the seaside. If you need a break from your travel and road and you want some peace in beautiful nature this is the right place. Surrounded by trees and gardens, there are domestic animals there mostly chickens and rabbits. Big bonus is a swimming pool, not very big but enough to cool you down during the hot summer. There has been a lot of effort and care invested in this place from the owners. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we need. If you want the hosts also offer breakfast and dinner. So we would definitely come back one day when we travel again near that area.

The accommodation is very nicely decorated with style with a great view on Sabljaci lake. In the apartment there was everything you need, with small kids playground and terase. Host is very kind and accessible for all the information you need. We recommend this apartment and the host.

One of the best stays I've had. The apartment is spacious, with modern furniture, nicely equipped kitchen with complimentary fruits, coffee, spices, some cold drinks in the fridge. Perfect balcony overlooking the freshwater spring with some frog concert in the evening. Private parking. Very comfy beds. Fresh evenings even during the summer. The area is perfect for exploration, hiking and kayaking, for nature lovers or for people who just want to rest in the nature.

Perfect getaway for the family, it is located not far from Ogulin, which is a great little town to explore with the children, but let me come back to the property review 😀... very pleasant host and very cozy, comfortable, clean little house surrounded with great nature. We like to wander around, but this time, we just enjoy being there. Wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee and breakfast outside the house on the grass. We will definitely come again to recharge ourselves.

The property was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the lake and plenty of places for outdoor enjoyment. Nothing was missing! With a sauna, movie room, and pool the kids were always entertained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
