Everything, what an exceptional hotel is this. Thank you so much for the upgrade! It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place. The room is comfortable with good view, I can see the rice field and mountain from my window. The breakfast is outstanding. They have so many options, from local food to western and surprisingly they have so many choices of bread and pastry. It's really worth the price. I called the reception to ask for a knife, we wanted to cut our mango. Instead of lending us a knife, they offered to pick up our fruit, cut and deliver it. How pleasant!
