The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

I had a comfortable & pleasant stay here. The hotel and its rooms were very nice and well-maintained. I had booked a Deluxe category room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Polite and professional, helpful staff. Fantastic food in both room service, restaurant and also in breakfast, high variety. This hotel makes you feel good, it has an amazing pool with nice view on rooftop, luxurious rooms, minibar, fantastic bath with both shower n tub, hairdryer, comfy bad, nice view from room, big mirrors, modern furniture, nice AC and super friendly stuff, highly recommended. Oh and extra thumbs up for the security ppl working outside the hotel, they do a wonderful job, keeping everyone at the hotel safe, and being very polite and professional while doing so. You feel like a star when u stay at this hotel, n its real close to airport too :)
