This place was very comfortable and well maintained and exactly matches as shown in the pictures. The host is very detailed and would require you to provide and fill in all the paper work required to stay there It is in the middle of the residential neighborhood. So you could hear some noise from other houses around. (not completely quite like hotel rooms) The host lives in the adjacent property. In my scenario I felt it as an advantage for any needs or questions that we had. This is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, shopping, highway etc..) I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely lovely family, nice quiet yet close part of town. Connected to bus routes, Uber works perfectly and 10 min walk to the ferry taking you straight to Fort Kochi area. Very clean and nicely laid out house / room. Surrounded by fresh plants. The family are great and will help you out with anything you need. Exactly what you want.
