The villa is very neat and tidy and a good size for two couples staying. The pool is great and the outside seating/dining areas are brilliant for enjoying late evenings with a drink outside and having a BBQ. The villa is very close to Arezzo and the main amenities; 5 min by car to the main car park for Arezzo and 5 min to the nearest large supermarket. The hosts Alessio and Antonella were extremely helpful and assisted us with restaurant bookings and ordering taxis, etc. Nothing was too much trouble, which was very much appreciated if (like us) you don't speak much Italian.
