Loved this newly remodeled flat just steps from a locals' beach! Everything was super clean and functioning perfectly. The AC was A+ & in both the bedroom and the living area. And the veranda was awesome! Loved eating there, having coffee, writing for a couple of hours each day-- really a perfect getaway. There's a couple of supermarkets nearby, maybe 5 minutes driving, MD & also Eurospin. I didn't eat or go to the beach restaurant & bar on the beach in front of the property. That's where I met Marcello, who showed me the place. The town of Arbatax isn't that interesting but worth a visit bc there's a little beach and cool rock outcroppings to visit. Tore di Bari was a nice drive south about 30 minutes with a lovely beach. You need a car for this area. Marcello popped by to check that things were all good when he was there at another flat bc I was sitting on the porch. Friendly and helpful.
