Villa Zelma is located in a rural area of Tuscany. Quiet, peaceful and comes with a swimming pool. The staff are all guests first at all times. We stayed 8 days and wanted more. Great breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared by chefs who take pride in their craft. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Nice bathroom, bed and sitting area.

An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

It was very clean and right in the center of town, walking distance to everything and our hosts were extremely gracious and available at all times well, not invasive. Nice selection of breakfast treats, as well as a nice coffee.

Beautiful and cozy. Extremely clean, kitchen fully equipped with the essentials. Excellent staff. They noticed that one of the days I was staying was my birthday and they gifted me a bottle of champagne, I was so excited and impressed with this thoughtful detail!

The wine, breakfast, staff, wine tour, the view and estate was a very peaceful place. The grounds keeper (sri lankan man) was incredibly friendly and helped us out a lot.
