Ripostena is a magical place. Martina was extremely kind and helpful in sending ideas for visiting local farms, restaurants, and vineyards. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The entire property overlooks the Tuscan countryside; the sunsets are spectacular. There is a beautiful pool in warmer months. The owners Giulia and Patricia are the kindest and most thoughtful people ever ! As soon as we arrived we found a cute list of things to do and places to see ! the breakfast was so cute with always something sweet made by them ,when I asked for almond milk the next day it was there and this meant a lot ! if you love a quiet place in the middle of a reserve this is the place ! in all Tuscany it was extremely hot but there the weather was so cool and beautiful ! The hosts also did a private cooking session for me and my daughter that was sooo much fun and a memory that we will cherish forever !We will come back for sure ;)

We loved the quiet location on a gravel road, the delightful owner and her family, the food, walking to and exploring their pretty small town at the top of the hill, the afternoon coffee on the upstairs balcony, the take-one/leave-one reading books, and the extremely relaxing atmosphere. If we lived in Italy, Hotel Giogliano could easily become a welcome habit.
