The breakfast is very good. The host Peter and his wife is very nice and helpful. The location is a little bit far from Como, but it is ok. Our room is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and safe.

The view is amazing from the BnB. The host was very nice. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

The staff and the customer service was exceptional

very charming hosts present during check-in. fresh towels, soap & shampoo provided like in a hotel. apartment has everything for cooking and is very well maintained, we especially enjoyed the garden. very quiet location, sufficiently heated (during a cold march).

Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful host. She went above and beyond and helped us to get to the location (her friend ended up driving us there!). Was very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. I wish we stayed longer than one night. The area is full of exceptional hiking opportunities!

An excellent host and definitely the best I've ever had! Nicoletta and her husband Sergio were extraordinarily helpful when our car broke down. Without a moment's hesitation, they helped us take our car to a nearby mechanic and helped us complete the process of renting another car (which was extremely difficult since we don't speak much Italian). Nicoletta and Sergio were very friendly, helpful and very forthcoming throughout the entire process and made us feel like a little part of their family. It's safe to say they exceeded all expectations as hosts. When we returned to Ponna to pick up the repaired car they went out of their way to welcome us back and even offered us to stay for a night so we wouldn't have to drive all night. I've been to Italy a lot with my family and have always appreciated the extraordinary hospitality of most Italians. However, Nicoletta and Sergio took hospitality to a whole other level. The house itself was clean with really inviting decor. You immediately see that the owners love and take very good care of this house. Its location in Ponna was absolutely spectacular as it is located in the center of a quaint Italian town overlooking the valley. Truly a wonderful place to stay. When you open the windows at night you will not hear a single sound. We are extremely grateful to have been able to stay with such amazing people and encourage anyone planning to stay near Como to check out this great little place. This was definitely the most memorable part of our 3 week trip, even though we were only there for a single night. Just make sure to ask the host ahead of time for the best parking options nearby if you don't want your car to break down. ;)

Exceptional stay with amazing views and direct access to the lake. The staff were greeting and smiling everywhere and the breakfast was very delicious. They upgraded us to a suite with a lake view.

I stay here many, many times, and invariably remain very satisfied with both the level of service and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is quite decent. Very friendly staff.
