As I travel to Italy every year to visit family I have stayed at many hotels. When in Rome I always stay up in The Castelli area which is up in the mountains looking down on Rome. Travel back and forth on train for 2euros takes about 30 minutes but well worth getting out of the city after busy day of sightseeing. This place is in Frascati where the famous white wine comes from. B&B Al Borgo is in the center of town about 400 meters from train station. Beautiful place, great restaurants and spectacular views. The hotel has been re-modeled and has just 3 rooms, more like suites. Bruna the host is fantastic. Came down by foot to meet me at the train station. This was her grandmothers home at one time and dates back probably over one hundred years. But once inside you would think you were at the Hilton. Incredibly priced and impeccably clean. As my daughter starts school in Milano in the fall we will be back and I will definitely be staying here again. John Podesta

Giulia was a great host, we loved our stay there and Achilles made us feel very welcomed! We only wish we knew to book a tasting ahead of time, as the place is quite small and if they book a private showing, you might not be able to join. We were able to sneak into an earlier smaller group so got to all we wanted and highly recommend trying Giulia’s 10/10 wines and olive oil!

Frascati center modern home is recently renovated and includes a living room with a flat-screen TV. The air-conditioned accommodation is 6.1 miles from Anagnina Metro Station.

The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A fun bonus is the great pizza restaurant right downstairs, which made for a convenient and delicious dinner. For breakfast, I enjoyed heading to Eden Café, just a short walk away, where the food and atmosphere were excellent. This B&B was a perfect home base in Frascati — clean, comfortable, and well-located. I’d happily stay here again!

It was like to be in a 700s building. The room with the “affresco” was big, comfortable and nice view of Frascati. The location is right near the center and not to far from the train that takes you to Rome. Excellent money/value ratio
