We chose this as a bit of a gamble for a different type of accommodation on our drive back from Puglia. Easy to find and Camilla met us at the entrance to guide us to our floating room! The houseboat was great - big private open deck, all facilities and air con worked, safe parking, cafe on site and just a short walk to the town centre. No problems - everything organised through WhatsApp for meeting etc.

We traveled to visit our son who is playing for a team in Guilionova this season. We are seasoned travelers and have experienced many hotels. This hotel was one of the BEST. The rooms were spotless and roomy with every possible amenity. The hotel manager was always reachable and extremely accommodating. The cleaning person was also wonderful and a lovely woman. The location was fantastic (practically on the beach though it was off season) and the price was reasonable. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you.

The property was very comfortable and clean. An alternative stay in Giulianova, away from the beach, up the hill to the old town with beautiful views of the sea. Wonderful to take a stroll through the old town with bars and and restaurants of all type. Highly recommended, extremely good value for money.

The service was the best I have ever experienced. This was a classy place. We walked from train station and walked to the sea. We rode their bikes around as well. Breakfast was exquisite.

A hidden gem .new very modern constuction great design . large bedrome and living room ,it is a condo .panoramic living room window . planning on staying in the spring for a month great value La Signora was helpfull and charming .

Everything was excellent. Perfect localization. Close to center but quiet. New, comfortable apartment and a devoted host (Pietro and his family). I should not share the info cause I will be back 😀. And a beach is 30 seconds on foot.
