Our hostess, Laura prepared the best breakfasts and all with a personal touch. Between her exceptional communications skills in Italian and my so so Italian we were able to have pleasant conversations regarding home, family and interests. The space was incredibly generous and kitchen facilities were excellent.

Excellent location near Rome. Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful dining room. Our room had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. They do have rooms on the ground floor with private patios. Very quiet location.
